Verification of Inservice Credits. How do they count?

Every five years when you need to re-certify, you can use up to three verification of inservice credits for re-certification. You will want to hold on to the signed originals to turn in to the State Department of Ed. for re-certification. Inservice credits can only count towards a pay increase if they are taken through a University. You must pay and sign up at the time of the inservice for them to be listed on an official transcript. The official transcript must then be ordered and sent to the Employment and Benefits Department. Any questions regarding in-service training should be directed to Stacie Curry at 854-4182 or LeAnn Perry at 854-4105.
