Board of Trustees

NOTICE OF BOARD MEETINGS AND EVENTS

Regular meetings of the Board of Trustees of the Independent School District of Boise City shall be held monthly, on the second Monday of the month at 6:00 p.m. at the District Services Center unless otherwise notified. Special meetings may be called by the President of the Board and held at any time. Event notices such as graduations, conferences, etc. will also be posted. A notice of the time and place of each special meeting or event shall be given to each Board member and announced by written notice conspicuously posted at the District office, Boise High School, Riverglen Junior High, Riverside Elementary, as well as the District website not less than twenty-four (24) hours before such special meeting is to be convened.

A quorum for the transaction of business of the Board of Trustees shall consist of four (4) members of the Board of Trustees.

All meetings of the Board of Trustees will be called pursuant to Idaho Code §33-510 and conform to the provisions of section Idaho Code §§ 67-2340 through section 67-2345 as well as Board Policy Meetings of the Board #1400C.
