Dear New Employee:

Congratulations! We are excited that you will be joining the Boise School District. As a new hire we have a few simple steps for you to complete, so please review the following information carefully. After printing and completing all necessary paperwork, please call the Human Resource Department at 208-854-4074 and (select the applicable menu option) to schedule an appointment for new hire processing:

Filling out your forms before you come in to Human Resources will save you time and effort.

Please print out and fill out these forms.

• For Certified Staff and School Administrators (Teachers, Counselors, Nurse, SLP, Principals, etc)
• All Classified Positions (Non-Teaching Staff)
• For Substitute Teachers

Please download the following PDF documents, either type in or print and write in your information, sign, and bring into the Office of Human Resources.

• Form I-9 ( Employment Verification)Identification will be required when returning the completed I-9 Form
• W4 Federal Tax Withholding We will need to copy your original social security card for Payroll purposes.
