Since Capital High School opened in 1965, the “Home of the Eagle Pride” has sustained a tradition of outstanding performance in academic achievement, activities, and athletics. Capital High School has an involved student body that participates in promoting school pride and spirit, involvement in clubs and activities, and a deep understanding and acceptance towards each others unique characteristics and personalities.

The impressive staff and faculty at Capital High School proves to be our core strength, validated by the fact that 85% of our teaching faculty have a masters degree.

Tickets for Friday’s competition will be sold at the door beginning Friday, March 12th, at 4:30 P.M., and

Tickets for Saturday’s competition beginning at 8:00 A.M. Saturday morning.

Parents: if you would like to order copies of your student's class picture, you can do that directly from Interstate Photography


Seniors and Senior Parents,

Remember to make a copy of your scholarship award letters and send them to Mrs. Cupps in the CareerCenter. Please include all scholarships, whether you have decided to accept them or not.

These scholarships will be posted in the Graduation Program.
