School Supplies

From time to time, you may be asked to make small donations to help your school provide culturally enriching programs and field trips.

All grades need a backpack, book bag, or other appropriate alternative.

S.O.S. "Sharing Of Supplies" is a program where students may purchase extra supplies and leave them at the Principal's office in order to help children less fortunate.

KINDERGARTEN

• 2 box of crayons, 16 or fewer (more colors than this do not contribute to the kindergarten curriculum).
• 2 - #2 lead pencils.
• 2 - 4 oz. bottles white school glue (orange cap recommended).
• Set of water-base felt markers.
• Paper towels, napkins or facial tissue (to be assigned by teacher).
• These items may be required by your child's teacher and are not to exceed a total of $3.00.

• Hand Soap.
• Clorox Wipes.
• Watercolor paints.

For the Kindergarten Curriculum Food Unit, parents may contribute $5.00 per semester or send ingredients.

 In addition to the Food Unit, some kindergarten teachers have daily snacks. You may receive more information from your child's teacher regarding this.

FIRST GRADE

• #2 lead pencils - package of 12.
• Box of crayons, 16 or fewer.
• Two bottles of white school glue, 4 oz. or larger (orange cap recommended).
• Large pink erasers.
• Large box of facial tissues.
• Set of water-based felt markers.
• Water color paint set with brush. (Basic colors recommended.)
• These items may be required by your child's teacher and are not to exceed a total of $3.00.
  • 2 or more glue sticks. (Room 1B & Room 1C)
  • 1 set of dry erase markers for whiteboards. (Room 1D)

   

FIRST / SECOND GRADE GATE

• Two large pink erasers.
• Large box of facial tissues.
• Spiral notebook, 70-100 pages, wide-ruled.
• Set of water-based felt markers.
• Water color paint set with brush. (Basic colors recommended.)
• These items may be required by your child's teacher and are not to exceed a total of $3.00.
  • 1 box quart or gallon size Ziplock baggies.

   

SECOND GRADE

• #2 lead pencils - package of 12 or more (Sharpened).
• Box of crayons, 24 or fewer.
• 2 - 4 oz. bottles white school glue (orange cap recommended).
• Large pink eraser.
• 2 spiral notebook, 70-100 pages, wide-ruled.
• Set of 12 colored pencils, sharpened.
• Large box of facial tissues.
• Set of water-based felt markers.
• Set of colored pencils.

  • 2 pocket folders-no middle fasteners..
  • 1 red pen.
  • 1" binder to hold Learning Logs.

• 2 large box of facial tissues.
• 1 ream of card stock (light colors).
• Pair of quality pointed scissors (Fiskar-type recommended).
• Red pen or pencil for correcting.
• Four folders with pockets.
• Set of water-based felt markers (Prang or Crayola).
• These items may be required by your child's teacher and are not to exceed a total of $3.00
  • File box with hanging folders ( 6 ) and a closing top.
  • Public Library Card.
