Maple Grove LIBRARY POLICIES

At the beginning of the school year, and as new students enroll at Maple Grove, we review and agree to follow the rules of the library.

• Come in to the library quietly and use quiet voices.
• Always walk in the library.
• Each student is responsible for all items checked out in their name.
• After checking out your book, sit and read quietly.
• Handle all library material with care to avoid soiling, tearing or loss. If you damage a book due to neglect, you will be charged for the replacement of the book.
• Make every effort to return library items on time. Items are checked out for one (1) week but may be renewed. After 30 calendar days a book is considered lost and you will be charged for replacement.
• Use good manners and be considerate of others. The library is for the enjoyment of everyone.
• Remember to try and read at least 20 minutes everyday.
