The Valley View Parent/Teacher Organization (PTO) is an organization devoted to non-profit, educational purposes in which parents and teachers work together to assist Valley View School. Goals include providing information regarding school related topics to parents, providing a means of communication among parents and staff, supporting the school as needed with volunteer activities, and to generate funds for materials and equipment to enhance the educational program and the welfare of students at Valley View. The PTO is a volunteer organization with no membership fees. All Valley View staff, parents and guardians of Valley View students are automatically members of the organization and invited to be involved to any extent that they wish. The Valley View PTO meets on the second Thursday of the month during the school year (no meeting in December). Meetings are held in the Valley View School Library, 7:00 to 8:30 P.M.
