Welcome to Whitney Elementary!

Whitney is a great elementary school serving over 400 students who live on the Boise Bench.

Whitney is a "Hands Off" and "Kind Words" School where students are expected to treat each other with kindness and respect; bullying and mean language are never tolerated!

We have a "Dual Immersion" program for Kindergarten and 1st grade. This program started in the fall of 2008. This is an excellent opportunity for children to have instruction in two languages.

Our school serves 104 English Language Learners who represent 20 different countries with 22 different languages.

We have just finished moving in to our new building. What a wonderful place we now have for our students.

We love helping our Whitney students to enjoy learning many new things every day!
