Phone the Help Desk - District personnel can call the Help Desk at 854-6670. The Help Desk is open from 8:00 AM to
4:30 PM on District work days.
We encourage users to contact the Help Desk because many problems can be solved over the phone. Our Help Desk interns
are also trained to gather the information necessary to allow District Technicians to assist users as quickly as possible.
Online Help Tickets - Boise School District personnel can submit a
request for technical support from the Online Help Desk on BSDWeb. When submitting a ticket, please include as much information as
possible to assist District Technicians in serving you quicker.
